Order Cancellation Policy
You are entitled to cancel your order and obtain a refund as long as it has not been dispatched. Once your order is on its way, please wait for delivery and then initiate the return procedure.
Returns and Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our priority. Most products that are in new condition can be returned within 30 business days from the date of delivery.
- Contact our Customer Service team to initiate a return and share information regarding the item(s) and the reason for the return.
- Once you receive our return instructions, carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging.
- Return the item(s) according to the provided instructions. We will send you the return address and shipping details after your return request is approved. (Please note: Returns that have not been authorized will not be accepted).
- We aim to process most returns within 5 business days from the date we receive your package.
Conditions for Return
You have a window of 30 business days from delivery to decide whether an item meets your needs. Please reach out to us within this period for any returns or exchanges.
To qualify for a return, the item must remain unused and in its original packaging, along with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please refrain from sending your return directly to the manufacturer.
Return Fees
If the reason for the return is an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective items), a full refund will be processed.
If the return is based on buyer discretion (e.g., dissatisfaction with the product or an incorrect size ordered), a full refund will still be provided.
No restocking fees will apply for any returns.

Upon receiving and reviewing your return, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund approval or denial.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 business days back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
